This is the information & registration page for in-person participants at the Global Innovation Summit 2023. Some parts of the meeting will be available digitally. We will provide more information closer to the Summit.
The Global Innovation Summit 2023 will be held at the Boma Conference Centre in the bustling capital of Kenya, Nairobi, in partnership with the Kenya Red Cross Society.
Please read the following information carefully
You should only register for the Summit and book your experience package if you have funds for it.
We strongly encourage National Societies who can, to sponsor the participation of other National Societies to attend the Summit.
Your trip to Nairobi
The Summit will take place during 3 full days in June 2023 — 26, 27 and 28.
Consider arriving one day ahead of the Summit, and leaving in the evening of day 3 (June 28) or in the following morning, to get a full three-day experience.
Travelling to Nairobi
Participants are invited to organise and book their own travel to Nairobi.
Most participants will need a business visa to enter the country.
- Check Kenyan Visa eligibility by country.
- More information and online visa requests here.
- We will support you in getting an invitation letter once you’re registered.
- The organisers do not cover visa costs.

Your Summit Experience

- Three-day Access without accommodation, if you do not plan to stay at the Boma hotels.
